Your seat at a public workshop is already paid for. Pick a date, send us one email, and we add you to the guest list.

We post the full public workshop schedule on Luma a few weeks ahead — during holidays it can run a little late.

Book by email
Send your request to info@helsinkiperfumeclub.com with:
The date you want, checked on Luma.
Your gift card attached, code included.
Every email for the guest list — yours, plus your guest’s if the card is for two.
Luma then sends you the details, address included.
Upcoming events & workshops
Good to know
- We run 1–2 public workshops a month, in groups of up to 9–10.
- The card covers any public workshop — the open dates we publish on Luma — subject to availability. If a date is full, take the next one.
- Spots sometimes open closer to the date through cancellations.

Terms & Conditions
- The gift card gives you a free entry to our public Perfume making workshop 101, or any other public Perfume Making Workshop that mentions gift cards in its event description. It cannot be used for private workshops or company and group bookings, which are priced individually.
- It’s valid for 12 months from the purchase date, until the end of that month. Bought on Dec 10th, 2025, it is valid until Dec 31st, 2026.
- Unused value is not refunded or credited to any transaction after the expiry date.
- Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash, refunded, consolidated into a new voucher or replaced after expiry, and are not legal tender, account cards, credit or debit cards.
